Confirming your reservation
Your booking is binding once we have received your written reservation and your deposit payment of 30% of the total amount or once you have taken out a travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation terms and conditions
If you have to cancel the reservation or in case of late arrival, no arrival or early departure, the following cancellation fees are applied:
Up to 30 days before arrival: 0%
Between 29 and 7 days before arrival we will keep the deposit: 30%
Between 6 and 2 days before arrival: 50% of the total price, deducting also the deposit
In case of cancellation 2 days before to arrival, late arrival, early departure or no show: 100% of the price.
Payment process at the hotel
Payment at the hotel:
- Payment in cash (up to 5,000.00 Euro for EU citizens; higher amounts for non-EU citizens only)
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard)
- Bancomat available
